All of their materials and methods build on the basics of managing our own and others emotions, a key to enhanced decision making, behaviors and performance at work.

TTI Success Insights-DISC
While there are many great assessments that can be very effective in teambuilding, growing leaders and screening candidates, we have chosen the TTI Success Insights™ (formerly Managing for Success®) for its precision, validity, and user-friendliness. The DISC profiles that we recommend have easy-to-understand narrative reports with highly targeted information that can be used to increase effectiveness, productivity and personal satisfaction. This profile is an excellent tool when used in support of specific goals and objectives.

TTI Success Insights- Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values
The PIAV instrument is the perfect complementary assessment to the DISC report and provides the "why" of behavior and identifies the attitudes that motivate one to action. The report offers insight into what drives behavior, and what calls one personally to action. My clients have found this short assessment to be invaluable in helping to recognize and reward behaviors in ways that are the most motivating to each employee.
