PERSONAL STRATEGIC THINKING AND PLANNING GROUP

A Group Personal Strategic Thinking and Planning Coaching is forming now and will be starting at the end of May. This is a less expensive alternative to our one-on-one personal strategic planning process. Participate in a small group all working together on their own strategic plans. This group size will be limited, so if you are interested please act now!

If you ready to move forward in a proactive way let us guide you through an in-depth look at yourself and your goals. Our process includes helping you assess opportunities and risks and develop realistic strategies to move forward. During this process you will develop a clearly stated vision and values statement with strategic objectives for the coming year. This process will include

• Behavioral Style Assessment
• Personal Interest, Attitudes and Values Assessment
• Time Management
• Assessments, reading and goal setting forms in the following areas as desired: Mental, Social, Financial, Career planning, Physical, Family, and Making a Difference
• Vision Statement

BUSINESS OWNERS STRATEGIC THINKING AND PLANNING GROUP

This is a less expensive alternative to our one-on-one facilitated strategic planning processes. Participate in a small group all working together on their own strategic plans. If you ready to position your business for growth let us guide you through an in-depth look at your business. Our process includes helping you assess opportunities and risks and develop realistic strategies to move your business forward. During this process you will develop a clearly stated vision and values statement with strategic objectives for the coming year. Depending on your business the plan might include the following components:

• Vision and Values
• Internal and External Assessments including marketplace trends
• A Marketing Plan— a set of targeted strategies to get your message to the right audience. This includes a well defined target market, the message- including what differentiates your business, and an action plan for the year (built on individual and organizational strengths)
• A Systems and Process Plan — a prioritized list of initiatives based on business goals that will help maximize productivity, standardize procedures, and develop loyal customers
• A Financial Plan— Targeted financial goals for the next 3 years
• An HR Plan— an employee roadmap that might include a staffing plan, roles and responsibilities, and development plans
